"I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool each day at 12- the guys from the animation team were excellent- made them good fun. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Good selection of fresh food & the entertainment in the evenings was very good. "

The staff, as always, is so friendly and accommodating. I love how they’ve kept the traditional Spanish feel and decor that makes it a joy to walk around and that they have added modern touches without losing it’s authenticity. It is always spotlessly clean and has the best breakfast buffet with so much choice. Highly recommended."

"Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!"
