This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, but I won’t be returning anymore. Here are the pros and cons of my experience: Pros: the staff is exceptional and always ready to help! The location is amazing: near great restaurants, the beach and other attractions. The pool area is very nice and the breakfast is also good. Cons: the hotel needs serious renovations. In my 7-day stay, my room was dirty, the toilet bowl was clogged for 4 days in a roll, the air conditioning needed repair twice, the TV was not working for 2 days and finally had to be replaced, the cable TV signal did not work well, there was no access to Netflix or other steaming services on the TV (i wanted to use my own account), the shower water was dripping all over the bathroom floor (the bathroom was always full of water) and they couldn’t fix it, the towels were tiny and not very soft. I felt sorry for the nice staff who had to fix my room all the time. I paid more than I would have paid for other hotels around just because of the pool, but it’s NOT worth the price.

The rooms have a minimum of comfort There is no sleeping light In general everything is fine but when it comes time to go to breakfast THEY RUIN anything good about the place They make people make noise with musical instruments at discotheque volume You want to run away from that place

3 things I didn't like: 1. No ventilation fan in the bathroom. 2. Valet parking attendent left my window opened and cars In the car on my final night. 3. Restuarents was a bit slow In delivering dinner. Other then those issues I enjoyed my stay: Good food, good sized room, clean, view of the beach, great pool, and 24 security.

Die Mitarbeiter sind,egal wo,immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.Auch mit wenig Englischkenntnissen und holprigen Portugiesisch konnten wir uns gut verständigen.Das Frühstücksbuffet ein Highlight.Der große Pool lädt zum verweilen ein.Einzig das es keine großen Sonnenschirme gibt.Aber das ist bei der Intensität des Windes sicherlich nicht machbar.Wir würden auf jedenfalls immer wieder gerne dort hin zurück gehen wenn wir in Maceio sind.

O atendente que me recepcionista que fez meu check-in foi extremamente atencioso. Nos demais razoáveis e na tarde tinha um rapaz na recepção que era deprimente seu atendimento, estava sempre sem fazer nada e qdo vc ia pedir algo,pedia pra vc falar com o atendente que já estava ocupado. Um preguiça invejável.

Estrutura excelente, com otima localizacao (beira mar) e saida para duas ruas. Cafe da manha excelenete, funcionarios muito atenciosos e educados. Unica observação é que o estacionamento dentro do hotel é pago e servicos de lavanderia tambem.

Já fui várias vezes a esse hotel. Localização é perfeita. Quartos antigos, porém bem conservados, sem cheiro de mofo ou algo semelhante. Espaçosos. Piscina excelente. Da última vez que tinha ido o café da manhã tinha tido uma queda na diversidade. Mas, já dessa vez, voltou ao padrão. Sugiro na máquina de café colocar o cappuccino, uma economia dessa nao se justifica. Ponto bem relevante: estaciona fácil, o que em Maceió é uma raridade. Recomendo!
