My reservation waa not accepted because the receptionist said that i reserved few minutes before and when this occurs the reservation will be only valid to the next day. So i need to pay again another reservation on the reception, and i did it because i really need to rest. I want my refund because i didnt use this reservation

Nice stay in Maceio
Above expectations for a Budget hotel. Quite new so everything looked very good. Even been a budget hotel, since the city has warm Weather all over the year its important to have minibars in the rooms. Receptionist (Licia?) was way above average and was a great help indicating activities and making sure the stay was friendly

boa....apesar
foi uma experiência boa,é a 2 vez de hospedagem nesse hotel,porém o café servido pela manhã caiu de qualidade,com menos opções a oferecer,muita fila,demora demais com excessos de hospede,faltou um pouco de silêncio aos hóspedes que estavam dormindo, com a chegada de hóspedes, muito barulho de. madrugada no corredor.

Café da manhã horrível, poucas opções, caneca para o café é de metal com borda, além de queimar a boca é anti-higiênico, já para o suco não havia copos, com isso utilizaram copo descartável, nos banheiros não possui shampoo para banho, apenas sabonete em barra, na recepção todo consumo deve ser pago no momento da retirada aos invés de incluir no checkout! Fiquei totalmente insatisfeito!
