"The room was great but the check in was terrible. The host failed to provide check in instructions as she claimed she couldn’t since I booked through Expedia. I sent a message to the host I was arriving and she said I had failed to provide the passports and would not be allowed to enter the property without sending them, which she requested only via WhatsApp. A secure link was never sent to send travel documentation. There were no instructions for check out. Also something that was not disclosed is that you will be sharing the apartment with another guest as there are two rooms that are rented separately; therefore you will have to share a kitchen area.
