Equipe sem treinamento e/ou na vontade em atender. Não tive informações básicas no check in. Quarto sem limpeza adequada, sujo e com cabelos no chão banheiro. Luz do banheiro sem acender. Tive de reclamar e trocar de quarto. Academia sem equipamentos, pesos e com ar condicionado desligado. Café da manhã excelente. Estrutura do quarto muito boa e localização ótima.

Ett av de finare hotellen i Macae. Jag fick ett rum på 16:e våningen mot havet. De flesta rummen tycks ha balkong. Fräscht och stort rum. Bra säng. Bra Wifi. Bra frukost. Parkering i garage inom hotellet. Jag kan rekommendera detta hotell vid vistelse i Macae.

Hotel muito bem localizado no centro de Macaé. Os funcionários são ótimas pessoas que deixam você bem confortável. A academia é bem estruturada, e a piscina é boa para crianças, com adultos supervisionando, quartos bem organizado.
