"I felt it was your average hotel, nothing spectacular. The rooms were clean and could use some refreshing. Loved the bathroom & all its amenities. The room was incredibly warm and never cooled down. It was also incredibly dry, I literally drank 3 water bottles through out the night. It was one of the worst nights stays I’ve had in a hotel. The breakfast bar in the morning was fantastic!"

"Stayed for one night to get away and have some fun and good eats. Hollywood Casino did not disappoint. Very clean and the entire staff is professional and super friendly and helpful. Dinner at the Prism was excellent, and there was live jazz which made our night. I highly recommend this casino."

"I was disappointed to learn that you offered an airport shuttle but not extended parking. Why off to take people to the airport if they can't leave their vehicle there? The shuttle service was a large part of the reason I chose the hotel, and learning that I could not park for an extended trip changed my plans and caused me to incur unplanned parking expenses. I wish the website had made that more clear."

"I do not leave negative reviews lightly, but this stay needs to be documented. The room had a strong foul odor overnight. The next morning, I discovered the toilet was completely blocked. I politely informed the front desk before leaving for a meeting. When I returned later in the day, the blockage had been cleared. However, the toilet had not been cleaned afterward. There was visible residue remaining on the rim (even after multiple flushes). I calmly returned to the front desk and requested that the toilet be cleaned. I did not ask the front desk employee to clean it personally — only that it be addressed by whoever handles housekeeping. The response I received was defensive: I was asked whether she was “supposed to clean my toilet” and told there was no one else on duty. Rather than escalate the situation, I disengaged. The toilet was never cleaned. Maintenance issues can happen. Staffing shortages can happen. What should not happen is making a guest feel unreasonable for requesting basic sanitation. In addition, the property shows visible signs of poor upkeep, including burned sections of carpet in the room. This is not about luxury expectations. It is about cleanliness and professional handling of a basic hygiene issue. Unfortunately, this stay fell short on both."

"Everything was good at this property except the restaurant was out of a lot of things I don’t know maybe they needed to restock but the food wa good and the service . Also they need to figure out how to keep the water off the floor in the bathroom shower because there is no door or curtain in bathroom so water shoots all over floor to dk if it’s like that in all the rooms but overall it is a nice place "
