Personeel vriendelijk restaurant en bar goed. Ontbijt ook goed. De kamer was netjes wel gedateerd. Vloerbedekking wastafel aan vernieiwing toe. Verlichting lamp plafon meer wattage Maar het verblijg (kamer) voldoende goed

Parkhotel Valkenburg for Character and Wellness

The Parkhotel is an old hotel with character and well-kept up. The location is good: beautiful nature and quiet but in walking distance from center. We stayed in a nice and spacy junior suite. The only problem was that the airconditioner did not work - fortunately it was not very hot during our stay. Staff is very fiendly, breakfast is excellent and the swimming pool and wellness facilities (big sauna and steam room, hot and cold showers) are wonderful.

Ontbijt is echt super. Personeel vriendelijk, wellness goed. Kamers en gangen blijven toch, ook na verbouwing?, beetje oubollig. Nieuwe vloerbedekking en fris verfje met natuurlijke verschillende kleuren zou de sfeer nog verder verbeteren.

Een heel statig pand wat mooi is om te zien. En dat geeft ook gelijk aan dat het op sommige plekken wat gedateerd aanvoelt. Bijvoorbeeld het zwembad, dat heeft blijkbaar een lekkage gehad in het plafond en dat heeft veel vsn de kwaliteit doen inleveren en dat is jammer en onnodig. De ksmers hebben geen airco en ook dat is niet echt meer van deze tijd. En wat ik zelf echt mis in dezd kamer is een koelkast. Echt een tekort koming gezien het aantal sterren en het feit dat het zelfs om de beste kamers gaat. Wat wel heel netjes is in de juniorsuite is dat er een prachtige badkamer in zit die mooi ruim is. Dat de wc dan niet gescheiden is vind ik zelf heel jammer. Het restaurant is echt een aanrader in dit vriendelijke hotel. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook qua schoonmaak is het dik voor elkaar. Alles is netjes en verzorgd.

Fijn hotel

Een fijn hotel dat wij gebruikten als uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips met onze motor in de omgeving. De dag startend met een lekker ontbijt en eindigend in de sauna en het zwembad. Heerlijk! Ons verblijf verliep niet zoals gepland en daarbij was het personeel zeer behulpzaam en zorgzaam voor ons, dat hebben we als heel prettig ervaren! Ook voor andere vragen konden we terecht en deden ze hun best ons te helpen. De kamer mag wel een upgrade hebben, want het was erg verouderd. Gelukkig was het wel schoon!

Lovely building

Lovely hotel! Breakfast was great, lots of options and the pool was clean and nice. The suite was clean and spacious and it was only a few mins walk into town.

Limburgse gastvrijheid!

Wij hebben een uitermate plezierig verblijf van een week gehad in Parkhotel Valkenburg ! Prima comfortabele kamers, een uitstekend ontbijtbuffet en restaurant en een heerlijk binnenzwembad ! Op loopafstand van het centrum. Aangenaam was tevens de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, zowel aan de receptie als in het restaurant en de housekeeping ! Wij komen zeker terug !

Dit is een zeer matig hotel. Enorm gedateerd. Het lijkt alsof er 30 jaar niets aan gedaan is. Parkeren is betaald, en dat is prima, maar door dagjesmensen kan dit ook gebruikt worden waardoor je als hotelgast je auto niet eens kwijt kunt. Ik moest maar even op de personeelsplek parkeren. De kamers zijn enorm verouderd. We hadden twee kamers en beiden roken muf en stonken. De douchekop lekte en er is geen airco op de kamer. Nogal een gemis met warme dagen. De kamers zijn enorm gehorig. Personeel in het restaurant is echt heel vriendelijk. Maar je kan de rekening niet meer op je kamer laten zetten doordat anderen er misbruik van hebben gemaakt. Het ontbijt is aardig en het terras is prettig. De locatie is erg goed. Het hotel krijgt 4 sterren, maar ik had het ook geloofd als het er 2 waren. Bijzonder matige ervaring. Wij zouden er niet naartoe terug gaan

Personeel is vriendelijk, probleempjes woorden meteen waar mogelijk opgelost! Ik vind alleen dat de badkamers/douche in het hotel het sanitair even grondig gecheckt mag worden op netheid en eventuele beschadig of slijtage...dit is mijn enige minpunt.

Hotel was goed, personeel heel vriendelijk. Ik vind het alleen geen 4 sterren waard. Wij hadden een suite geboekt en deze heeft geen airco. Volgens de site serveren ze een luxe ontbijt met bubbels, zalm en vlaai. Dit klopte niet helemaal, het ontbijt was niet bijzonder, 3 soorten broodjes en een plakje kaas, worst, eitje en wat zoetigheid. Niet echt de 20€ waard. Al met al een leuk hotel waar ik nog wel eens zou komen, maar eerder 3 dan 4 sterren.

Zwembad en sauna waren prima! Ook auto opladen pluspunt! De badkamer was modern en ruim. Tv was in orde, goed beeld en geluid. De kamer was veel te klein en ouderwets, geen tafel en konden bagage niet kwijt, een ramp. Internet was veel te zwak.

More character than luxury but still very pleasant

The hotel lacks luxuries such as airconditioning and a minibar. Our room was close to the lift and the noise from other guests spilled into the room. Breakfast was quite nice.
