"Our room was well appointed and comfortable - bathroom could have been a bit cleaner on the floor, but good enough. Bed comfy, good pillows, good air conditioner and very good shower pressure. Breakfast is a good choice - really typical of most Holiday Inn Expresses."

It was a long day of travel, and we checked in late, but the staff was so kind and accommodating, the facility was fresh and inviting and the rooms were extremely comfy with generous space and amenities. Would absolutely recommend (we will be back later this week even, on our return trip). "

"The toilet in our room wouldn't flush even after they brought a plunger. The shower is hot and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Not too many good channels on the TV. We stayed 3 nights. Very quiet and clean. The room could use some updating. The bathroom door wouldn't go all the way inside the pocket door and was hard to open and close. Over all, we'd stat here again. "

"I will never stay at a Hampton Inn for the rest of my life. Pool was OOO which was fine other than we were repeated lied to. Our AC in room was not working. First night it was 81 in room. Next morning asked for maintenance while we were out for the day or to be moved. Came back and the new rep had no idea and no one looked at air. They gave me new Room. As we moved into it we realized the room was covered with 30-40 ‘lady bugs’. Three women are not about to stay there. After talking I asked to have the remainder of my stay (3 days) cancel and was refused. To be fair- Expedia was no help either. Never again. I will just go direct thru hotel chains and not 3rd party. "

"Apparently there was fire on the 2nd floor on January. The entire 3rd floor smelled like smoke. Pool was shut down. They did give us a different room on the 4th floor which didn’t smell as Smokey. "

"Exterior of property was clean, staff was courteous but the interior of the unit was quite filthy. White socks turned black from filth on flood, cob webs on lamps, hair on sheets, couch was extremely stained and bathroom vent did not work. Overall not cleaned to satisfaction. "
