"The room was small, but I knew this before booking. Just a reminder: if you brought large bags, opening them in the room could be difficult. The location was close to many local eateries and coffee shops. Breakfast was limited and served at the sister hotel, a 5-minute walk away."

"Beautiful hotel in Hanoi!! The hotel has only been open for 7 months and of the 3 hotels we stayed in in Hanoi it was definitely the best! As soon as you walk in the staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place smells devine! The hotel manager Rose was lovely and took the time to talk to us whenever we saw her. We had a Metropole Suite room with a balcony which was fabulous! Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice & very attentive service and all the staff came out of the hotel to wave us off which was lovely 😍"
