The staff was exceptional! The girls at the front desk were very helpful. The bartender for our event was very very nice and did a great job. Everything was very clean. The only thing I did not like is the bathroom and the closets were very small.

Great staff, nicer clean rooms. It was just a quick overnight stay for us but loved the hotel.

The Terrace at Lake Junaluska
Highly recommend! We stayed during Thanksgiving and the staff was phenomenal, the food was incredible, and Lake Junaluska was breathtaking. We will be coming back.

The cabin was amazing! The owner was friendly and helpful from check in to check out! Cozy and warm during the cold spell and dog friendly!
