"Close to train station and city for easy walking. One bad experience was the party at Flora. People were celebrating and talking very loudly until 4:00 am. Need to close at a much earlier hour. Very little sleep that night."

"It was so warm and this hotel have only small fan."

"All staffs are great, supportive, kind, energetic, good service mind. Good location easy to access from train station and attractive spot!"

"Great location, clean and cozy place to stay. Breakfast is good. During the night, noise from the street may wake you up sometimes but this hotel stil be good choice to stay in Luzern."

"The hotel smells like food old day long. The bathroom was very small as well as the room. It is close to everything"

"Decent hotel for the price"

"Location was the main point. A bare bones approach, good enough for sleeping, nothing more. I guess this what you get in Switzerland in that pcice range, which was not low by any means."

"Amazing hotel!"

"It was clean, receptionist was so kind and welcoming and the best hotel in Lucerne. Highly recommend"

"Location amazing. Price reasonable for lucerne if staying for 4 days since the fourth day was free. Housekeeping team absolutely amazing. Reception team were mostly great and helpful except for the gentleman who checked us in. Maybe he was tired. He also did not provide our lucer e city pass at check in and i had to ask for it from another receptionist. Not sure, but everyone else in the reception team were very helpful. They even provided us an alternative parking spots with reasonable price....

"Very central and convenient place to stay. Self check in vet strait forward. Room was clean and great for city escape"

"Not fancy at all but clean, comfortable, good location close to train station. Lots of hot water for a shower. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was available and it was very good. Staff were very helpful and I was able to check in early which was very much appreciated."
