The hotel is clean and has a great views, but their front desk staff makes it exceptional! Very friendly and eager to help, took time to explain the navigation and gave restaurant suggestions.

An older hotel but our room has excellent beautiful view of Lake Lucerne. Convenient access to free public transportation, it's a 5-6 minutes walk to the bus stop, a slight incline of a small hill and steps.
