There is a major difference between budget and cheap and this property can only be described as cheap and neglected! The entire expierience isn’t worth 10% of the price paid!

A was underwhelming, it was advertised as 1 king bed, 1 single and a futon but the futon was just a sofa that was loosely covered by a cover to hide stains and tears.
The washing machine wasnt working, so that was disappointing as it was one of the reason I book the place.
It wasnt that the place wasnt clean, but it was aesthetically displeasing as it was covered with stains (blood?), the cushions were also stained and the covers either was torn or didnt quite fit the pillows.
There is no physical counter so all comms are through WhatsApp, which is fine but response isnt immediate. We didnt get a chance to try the pool as towels were not provided we did not want to use our bath towels since the washing machine/dryer wasnt working.
Location wise it is very convenient, easy access to shops and restaurants. It was also easy to get Grab taxis so no issues for those who don't drive.
Overall it was bearable for a short stay, especially if you're going to be out mostly. But we stayed 2 night and I was looking forward to leave.

Checkin wasn’t great. Communication was good but they told us about an unexpected tourism tax just for staying there but we weren’t aware of the tax until we checked in. Wouldn’t have booked with them had we known about a tax.

"Hotel and room was great at the price point, just unfortunate didn't manage to get any early check-in on the day of arrival. In fact, only got keys to room 15 mins after the standard check-in time.
