The hotel was nice for a quick stay. The staff were friendly. Main complaint was that it wasnt the cleanist hotel we have stayed out. Room was relatively clean, but the common area and hallways could use a good clean and vacuum. The games in the common area need to be updated as kids have trashed them out over time. Overall, not a bad stay though.

Well, the beds were okay but the end of the bed frame was broken on one of the Queen sized beds; part of the frame was sticking out and it scratched my wife’s twice and broke her skin. The hallway was dirty; the free breakfast @ 9:30 was out of sausage; peanut butter; and pancake batter. The coffee was good. When we checked out I informed Kira (desk clerk) about the dangerous broken bed frame and she apologized and said she would get Maintenance on it. We have stayed at Hilton family hotels several times in the past 50 years but this stay was the worst. TRU needs closer supervision and management. Thx

The showere head was bad, it was spraing in a weird pattern and if you openned the shower door it got everything wet. The floor was not well swept when i got there. The customer service was great, with a friendly staff. I expected more from a Hilton.

The property was nice and updated. I saw lots of things that needed to be fixed. Giant water puddle on the floor in front of the water bottle station, hand rails broken off and missing in the elevators. The breakfast is poorly managed, half of the items were unavailable, very limited selection available. Rooms are VERY small! No closets. Not my favorite hotel. Sheets were stained and kept falling off the bed, towels were worn out and thread bare. I expected more out of Hilton.

It is a nice property but I think it’s lacking in housekeeping. The room I checked into didn’t look like it was cleaned. The floors looked dirty and the bathroom looked like it got skipped too.

Things are falling apart - repairs are needed. Both ice machines Not working We always stay there when in Lubbock - not anymore. Staff friendly- but sign on desk stating sorry for inconvenience but we are working - But they were sitting in corner talking

Last minute trip to Lubbock and had to find a hotel that was pet friendly and this place did I expected the worse of a room but when my room door opened it was beautiful no pet odor from previous pet stays and I can’t say enough about the staff smiles and hello from everyone this was very important to me thanks for making my stay a pleasant one

The hotel was really dirty and also the room we stayed. It was super dirty I don’t recommend you stay there. If you can afford another hotel, get another hotel.

Overall, the experience was very good. The only drawback, was, we did not know they allowed pets to stay there. Nothing against pets. We have some ourselves. But it was a little noisy. And my wife is allergic to cats. Other than that, it was fine.

This hotel is very well maintained. The room was in really great condition. Everything is very close by. Shopping and dining are just a few minutes away in any direction. I would definitely stay here again.
