The staff was awesome super friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean. Only complaint is I rented this hotel bc it had an indoor pool and hot tub, but the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was not hot, and there we little kids jumping in and out of the hotub other than that it was great!

The property is nice and in a good area. The sheets on the bed are sheep and the comforter also very thin. We left a day early and they would not refund us our money for one day. Expedia tried without luck.

Towels dingy white colored, floors not very clean (lots of grime), no iron in room had to ask lobby staff. Staff was really good, friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is awesome my kids love the pool and I love that I can sit outside by fire pit and still able to keep an eye on them. The hot tub is awesome. Rooms are comfortable. My microwave was not working and thy had a new one in and working in 10min. Front dest staff was very helpful and great care of are request. Zac at the front dest was awesome very friendly and great personality and a big help. Definitely will be going back give them 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was fine, but the facility was dirty! The pool area and pool were dirty with no towels, and we were in the pool at 9am!!

It was evident upon arrival that this property was in need of help and poorly managed. The parking lot had garbage, the landscaping wasn’t maintained, trash can was overflowing, “Happy Holidays” sign was still in the entrance (in April), and the front glass was in serious need of cleaning. We stood at the desk for awhile before a lady appeared looking like she had just crawled out of bed. The entire property was dirty. When we got to our room it smelled moldy, phone didn’t work, fridge was hot, hair on toilet seat, mold in shower. Around every corner of the hotel it reeked of Fabuloso, yet nothing looked like it had been cleaned. We stayed two nights, and the floor of the elevator was never mopped. It had spills of sticky substance. The pool was cloudy, and the patio had bags of garbage covered in dirt they had been there so long. I ran around picking up trash just so that we could comfortably set out there. If you’re traveling to Lubbock, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The photos online are decieving. There are a number of hotels in that area. Don’t make the same mistake we did, and stay at LaQuinta or Holiday Inn. I have NEVER in my 50 years seen a hotel property in more need of a deep clean and good management.

The room was so dirty. The sheets were all stained. Floor was filthy with all kinds of stains. The restroom floor was so dirty looks like they never mop it. Will not stay here again.
