Mybanlao Hotel

"Mybanlao was a wonderful find in Luang Prabang. After booking, they contacted me to let me know that I would get included transfers to and from the train station as I booked a minimum of two nights. What a nice surprise. Once I arrived, I was blown away by the service and the friendliness of everyone I came into contact with. My room was very clean, spacious and up-to-date. The pool was so wonderful. The only negative is that there are not enough chairs around the pool. The golf cart buggy is a nice touch to transfer guests around the city as it was available most of the day at no additional charge. Breakfast had a variety of options and I was gifted a little box of cakes upon checkout. I didn’t want to leave."

"My room was spacious with a balcony, the river view description was overstated. The staff were efficient and helpful with tours and things to see. The facilities were clean. There was a good selection of fruit for breakfast"

"Location 5/5. Property very good, but the Mekong suites don’t have a view on Mekong (unless you try very hard :). But the room itself was very comfortable. Acoustics isolation is limited so bring earplugs if you need them. Sometimes you may have some issues with the communication - all staff is very helpful but not always fluent enough in English. It’s 4 1/2 stars"

"The 3 Nagas was a wonderful experience and beautiful stay we will never forget. Such a beautiful historic hotel that was so personable and friendly from day 1 we felt very welcomed. The staff were amazing & could not do enough for us! The breakfast were SO good & generous we enjoyed and looked forward to it! Comfortable bed and room , we really enjoyed the adventure and character of it all. We enjoyed seeing the Alms giving from our doorstep , so close to everything in the historic town , surrounded by beautiful temples , great food options and short walk to the riverside. Lots of great help from staff to do tours and experiences if needed. Thank you for having us 3 Nagas you made our celebrations extra special & look forward to revisiting again soon Luang Prabang has a piece of our heart now! Mr & Mrs Glass"
