Located nicely! It’s a really good motel for such a cheap price! Clean rooms and spacious room! Love that it has a parking space for your car as well! Loved everything about the stay. Only problem I had... we didn't know about the James Cook Arcade lift to take you up to the hotel. So we walked all the way around the loop with our luggage. I am 75 and it was a bit tough.

The room was clean, the staff was great, the food was overpriced, and the room amenities were the worst part. The shower was poor too. The toilet didn't flush correctly either. For the price they charge per room they should be providing much more. I will not be staying here again.

Everything was pretty good. Only inconvenience was having a room for two with only one chair at the desk. Tv was outdated and couldn't connect to apps. Minor things in the grand scheme of life
