Hotel has really nice views, plenty of walks along the beach to spend on a sunny day. Spa area is ok, but quite full on the weekend so be prepared :-) Two things that were a little bit of a let-down; for a hotel that prides itself as a spa hotel it should really have shampoo and conditioner in the ...

Rooms newly refurbished to a smart standard. Dining option felt overpriced for what we got and for what this hotel is really for (night before/ after ferry). Bathrooms could do with extra heating and a heated mirror.

A modern room with a great location and, in this room anyway, a really nice view of the cathedral. Staff is also very good and I enjoyed the breakfast.
