"De l’extérieur l’hôtel n’est pas spectaculaire mais aussitôt arrivé dans le hall de la réception c’est bien accueillant. L’ascenseur est très petit, les corridors sont propres . La chambre est petite (lit double) mais rénovée. La salle de bain par contre ne l’est pas, la douche est extrêmement petite, on a bien rit! Le petit déjeuner style buffet est excellent et la dame a l’accueil est très sympathique, L’hôtel est très près du port."

Bonus: we love seafoods and the, Ikapintiko restaurant just on the street across misis have satisfied our cravings beyond expectations.from grilled mackerel, octopus, fried sardines, fried anchovies, fried shrimps, and fresh cut fries!"

"We paid for a nonrefundable Room that was overbooked and unavailable for us to stay in so we had to book with another hotel. Front desk told us they could not refund our money and proceeded to book us for the next day even though we told them we did not want it. This was strange and concerning at the same time, we will be notifying Expedia."

"For a 4 star hotel it was fine. Rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. One issue which could be addressed: Shower has no door so the bathroom floor becomes very wet and potentially slippery"

"I booked this hotel initially because it was in the neighborhood of a cruise we were boarding. We had a few days to explore, and found an abundance of food and amenities in the neighborhood. The rooftop restaurant is very good; we ate most everything breakfast there and some dinners. Finally, the main areas of Athens were not far away by cab or train, so made several trips up there too."

"Beautiful hotel, well maintained. AC was a bit weak in our room but acceptable. The spa was very nice and adult only during certain hours . The outside pool hours were too short in my opinion. Open at 10:00 h and closed at 17:00h? Staff were excellent in restaurant and bars, very helpful due to a nut allergy. Need to take taxis due to location right next to the highway, but not that expensive. Store close by if you need to purchase water or other items! Great stay, beds very comfortable! ...

The phone charger plug next to bed did not work. The app would not turn the main lights off and had to go to night mod to shut them off. If we went down a flight, the wifi would kick us out. "My family and I stayed here for 6 days. The staff is very friendly and they really look after their guests. Clean facilities. The rooms were also clean and up to date. Chris the manager, was very courteous and friendly, as well as attentive to any questions about the property and Crete’s tourist attractions. The heated pool was a great retreat. The breakfast was wonderful with quite a few healthy options. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again upon visiting Crete...
