"The hotel had very comfortable beds, good showers, the best air conditioning - but the floor my friend was allocated a room on had the loudest rudest Greeks staying, who carried until 2am, so with a 5am alarm for ferry, he got no sleep. Nothing was done to ask them keep their noise down Guess the hotel did not think anything would stop them So we won't be staying here again"

"Stay was May 29th to 30th 2026 The customer service. My only concern was with the breakfast experience and the breakfast staff. We paid an additional fee for breakfast, but it was very disappointing. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and there were very few food options remaining. "We were only staying for one night but the hotel far surpassed our expectations. It is a great position for getting the ferry and that was our main requirement. Our room was very comfortable and we had very nice, well cooked and reasonably priced meal in the restaurant. The breakfast was also very good and although you had to pay extra for barista coffee it was very good and well worth paying for. If we need to stay in Piraeus again, we would definitely stay here."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and situated in a perfect location for access to the Acropolis and the Parthenon as well as for exploring Athens on foot. The staff was incredible and so helpful and the breakfast served daily at the hotel was plentiful and delicious!! I highly recommend the Herodion. You won’t be disappointed!"
