"La primera noche me pusieron en una habitación que tenía moho y olía a humedad, después de quejarme en la recepción y hablar con la señorita en reserva y decir que veníamos de Estados Unidos allí cambio el trato, decidieron cambiarnos a mejores habitaciones por "cortesía". el desayuno era bastante bueno aunque podría haber tenido más opciones If you speak English, I recommend this hotel because they treat you well, but if not its not the best option"

"Very nice front desk staff who welcomed me as I arrived very early. I was able to leave my bag and explore Bogota until my room was ready. Room was nice with a corner location. It was comfortable for my short stay but interestingly had only bath towels and floor mat. There wasn’t any hand towels. A safe, refrigerator and hot pot were useful in the room. Restaurants, Juan Valdez and Starbucks coffee places, OXOX convenience and a grocery stores were all within minutes walk of the hotel. I missed breakfast due to an early morning departure."

"They gave me a room on the third floor and the bed was in a loft with a very narrow winding staircase. Never expected such room in my life and it was not mentioned on the room description."
