Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was well maintained and clean. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. The room was very spacious including the bathroom and walk in shower. If I'm ever staying in the area again this hotel has my loyalty.

I always stay here when visiting Louisville for events at the Kentucky Exop. Clean and right off the interstate. Breakfast is well stocked and maintained. The same lady has taken care of breakfast every time I’ve visited and she does an amazing job. Food options in Shepherdsville are just down the road.

Elisa at the front desk was the second worst check in of the 35 day road trip!! She shouldn’t be involved in customer service!! Check out was great!! The room was extremely cold and adjusting thermostat was very difficult!! The toilet would not flush properly!!!! Subway and Cracker Barrel in walking distance!!

All was well and quite comfortable except thAt the bathroom door wouldn't stay open...I used a coffee collar pushed under the door and that worked. I notified the staff and they were happy to hear about the problem and promised to get maintenance on it. Breakfast was very good. Better than most: Spinach quiche.
