Customer service at counter was rude. I was traveling with my wife and younger daughter (21 yrs old).
We all have Id's - however I had accidentally lost mine during the trip. (Or so, I thought I had).
Upon arrival, the lady at front desk asked for all quest id's. To which, I explained my situation. And with bo hesitation, or any sign of politeness- she simply said - "well then you cannot stay here".
Not good, not good at all. Later, upon searching further in my car, I found my wallet and approached here again to finally get checked in. Again, no sign whatsoever of apprceiation for our business or for the fact that it was a relief that I could find my wallet and we could make the stay successful.
