"Breakfast was fresh, pretty good variety. Easy access to Boulder and CU! Lots of food choices within 10-15 minutes of the hotel. It was a crazy busy weekend as CU’s Commencement was happening, our room wasn’t available until after 4:00 but staff were very apologetic for the wait. All in all, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. All we needed was coffee pods in the room, they left only tea and decaf. Oh and my hubby really wanted firmer pillows, I thought they were fine!"

"It is very clean, but the room rate is low, because it’s run more like a residential. You get one roll of TP, if you want more, you have ask at the front desk. There’s no hair dryer or lotion etc in the bathroom. The room has a full kitchen, but not so much as a coffee pot in the room. The room is very clean, but cell like-no atmosphere and, if you don’t have a car, it’s not close to anything nearby."

"Upon checking the bathroom was dirty with stained toilet and hair in the shower. The tv and phone did not work for the entirety of our stay. The maid never cleaned our room despite us asking. Do. Not. Stay. Here. "

"I understand that things happen, but only one elevator being operational for CU Graduation was an epic failure. The day of graduation, being on the 6th floor, I had to pass on multiple packed elevators and waited over a half an hour. The direction to the stairs was non existent and made me think about what if there was a fire? I did hear the following day from some guests in the lobby that they were allowing us to take the freight elevator. That would have been helpful to know."

"Everything was fine until checkout. We called and asked for a bit later checkout as we waited for breakfast items to be replenished & they refused & then began pounding on door at 11 threatening a charge as we were bathing up out suitcases. "
