"As of May 2026, property was being renovated. We received a remodeled room, which was clean and adequately appointed. We had stayed here about 3 years earlier, so the fact that we returned is a positive. Staff were friendly. The hotel is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. Its not in the center of town, buy you walk (about 20+ minutes)."

"Hotel was very nice overall. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant / bar area was very nice, although the food itself was average at best. The staff was as helpful as possible. At night the girl serving as hostess was also the one who checked us in. Although the hotel wasn't in the heart of the main shopping, restaurant and pub area it was a quick taxi ride to get there. Parking on site was very convenient."

"This is a modern hotel which looks good from the outside, but we found it seriously lacking in a number of areas. First, we stayed for three days, but our room was never cleaned at all. I thought it was an oversight after the first night, but the second night the housekeeping staff was again a "no show." We told the front desk, and of course they profusely apologized. "The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was a good selection and very delicious. The location was convenient for us. (@ 10 minutes to Eyre Square and area). We had the top floor room (quadruple room but three beds) which meant a lot of stairs (28 each way) each time we left the room. The shower is very small so that would be an issue for a larger/taller person. (@ 2 feet x 2 feet). The room was nice and bright from the skylights and the cross breeze when the windows were...
