"The 1pm check in and 11am check out was a bonus. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was excellent. The food was incredible and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. All staff members were friendly and there was ample parking. We will definitely return!"

"If for nothing else, 5* because they understand that the milk sachets don't give you enough milk to make a decent cuppa. Most hotels etc will give you 2-4, (yes you can ask for more) but this place gives you a well stocked tea/coffee area!
Else where, lovely property right on the river bank with great views. Very friendly, accommodating and well informed owners. The room was lovely and well presented. Very cosy bed and linen which gave us both a lovely nights sleep.

"We found the Tap House to be a disappointing stay, full of contradictions.
The checkin was easy and the staff friendly.
We stayed in a two bedroom unit, which has a sitting area and kitchen.
The room was nice but tired with dirty doors and some broken/missing fixtures (door return hanging off, cable trunking missing capping). The kitchen had a kettle and a Lor coffee maker but no tea or coffee, cups but no glasses, knives and forks but no cooking utensils (except for can opener, peeler and...

"Although we almost turned around upon walking down the block towards the guest house, I am glad we stayed there. Paul, the custodian, was charming and helpful, the facilities were adequate, and access to food make a simple breakfast was nice, but every room should have a fan. We appreciated the price, but will not stay there again."
