"Great location and friendly staffs"

"Room was clean. However, there was no self serve laundry. Except a person must use the laundry service provided by the hotel with extra costs. No available shuttle service to & from the hotel to the Macao border. Some staff in the lobby was not knowledgeable about certain tourist attractions & would not know where to take a shuttle to the other hotels. The cost of food & drinks was pricey. Overall, it was alright otherwise. "

"The hotel is very beautiful, the location is great, right next to the fisherman’s wharf, room is large and clean and has everything we need. Breakfast is great, the staff is super friendly. "

"The hotel is in the ideal location. 23 floors. The room was clean, the neighborhood safe. Lots of eateries around. The room was clean and large enough. The hotel provides free breakfast which is absolutely awesome with many choices of hot meals, salads, some sweets, coffee etc. It's like a highlight of the day."

"Room was good condition, however, not many outlets. Disappointed the buffet restaurant was closed and the food court was only open Friday through Sunday. Not many options for dining."
