"Refrigerator door stuck and difficult to open, room keys stopped working during stay and had to be recoded, vinyl floor (no carpeting) in room was not clean, heat lamp in bathroom was not working, bath tub handles leaking, and tried using sauna but it did not work."

"This was our 9th annual mother and son vacation and we always make sure we stay here at the Big Bear lodge! The owners are so nice and the cleaning gals are top notch. We love it here so much and plan on coming back every single year. Thank you so much for everything again!"
