"The room was super clean. The cleaning staff was helpful and friendly. The entire lobby staff was respectful and resourceful. The shuttle bus to universal studios picks you up in front of the hotel doors! Loved all the options to grab food inside the hotel. Definitely staying at this hotel made my trip a whole lot better. "

"I booked two night and due to flight delays I arrived 845Am. I informed the hotel of the change and yet the check in person thought she was doing be a favor for early check in on my second day. None of it made sense because I pre paid for both nights. Customers don’t need to hear nonsense"

Hotel Burbank

10/10 Excellent

"The location of the hotel is great if you want to explore the Hollywood area and universal studio, super convenient. Burbank is also a nice clean neighborhood. I think sometimes the request wasn’t received promptly, e.g. I have to wait for an hour for someone to just take out my trash without other housekeeping services and I have to call them a couple of times. But overall the service was decent. I super recommend the breakfast and the staff there are nice and prompt. "
