This hotel is so retro and cute! I loved the decor, the cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and courteous! The bed and pillows were super comfy and the bathroom was great as well!

The location is great. There's a lot of great, affordable, local businesses to support. I stayed there for 5 days, and I literally didn't go to a national chain except once. Two thumbs up.

Very clean and easy to check in, the front desk is always helpful and kind! The location is very walkable, there’s food and drinks close by! A grocery store RIGHT across the street. I highly recommend giving CC “city center” a shot!

The staff are not always available for check in but there is a self check in. The arrival was a little uncertain as the staff was scarce at check in but when we connected with staff they were eager to help. The onsite restaurant was exceptional and we happened on live jazz music which was a bonus. We would stay again … pre cruise likely.

the hotel is self-service so make sure you have double of everything before going up to your room. the staff is very friendly and love to talk and hear about adventures. parking isn’t the best but the hotel has a few spots in the back alley. the area is nice and clean but there is a lot of homeless drug addicts that will ask for money so be prepared for that.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Everything was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. What really stood out, though, was the staff they were beyond amazing friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around Long Beach. If I’m ever in the Long Beach area again, I will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience. Also very pet friendly!!!!!

I’ve stayed at here more than once. My first trip was Amazing!!!! Second trip was so/so . The area is sketchy and the parking sucks but the room itself was cozy and comfortable. My issue with my second visit was, air conditioning not working with no onsite maintenance and the deposit of $250 . The room was very clean, beautiful, and well stocked with all the amenities I needed and more. The staff was very responsive and helpful to any questions I had. The only real downside was parking. If you don’t have a car, maybe ride sharing during your stay then it is a perfect hotel! But if you have a car you will need to drive during your stay then it’s maybe not the best option. While I was there a different guest got their car broken into and I had to pay additional fees to park in a private parking lot unrelated to the hotel several blocks away.

The hotel was decent. Bed was comfortable. Shower was fantastic. Didnt care much for an automatic light coming on at 2 AM when we went to the toilet. A lot of homeless in the area, they left us alone in the mornings but we were approached multiple times in the evening hours. Lots to do within walking distance, and definitely better to get the things done more during the day. We didnt see many souvenir type shopping, but there us an outlet center right by the aquarium.

This is the cutest little hotel! My husband and I had a great stay. It is tastefully decorated, convenient location, walkable to lots of places. The bed was so comfortable! We dined outdoors on the patio from the restaurant that is located on the premises, it was delicious. The staff was so friendly. We will definitely come back!

Nicely renovated. Room was nice and comfortable. Fancy restraint attached but anyone could go into the hotel through the restaurant. Even if they are not part of the hotel. Restaurant is expensive. I didn’t like that I could only exit out of the busy restaurant or the lobby. No parking available so that was an added expense. Had to park blocks away and was always stressed something was going to happen to my car.
