I stayed here for 5 days and my family enjoyed it. Everyone was comfortable and happy. This was a really nice place to stay and the owner is really good at communicating back to you. They gave us dining options which was nice.

Perfect stay!

Everything about the apartment was perfect! It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and basic supplies were provided. There was some highway noise, but that is to be expected with the location. The property management provided excellent communication by email on where parking and trash cans were located and nearby restaurants and amenities. It was nice to have a designated parking spot and not have to pay extra for it. We had no problem fitting the family minivan in the space provided, but it could be tight for a larger vehicle.

We can't even get into the property. They gave me a passcode for the smart code lock,but there's not even a smart code lock on it. And someone are already in the property, that we don't want to knock the door for any trouble. We tried to call the phone number they gave me, and No one answer my call and text messages. So I have to call Hotels.com customer service to change a place to stay. Horrible experience! Horrible service! Never stay here again!

I really liked our stay at this property, my family was comfortable, kitchen was great for our first breakfast with everything in hand utensils, pots and pans. Washer and dryer worked great! There are few things that need attention. It was bit dusty, like if it wasn’t cleaned in a while. Restroom door was very noisy gets stuck when closing it and opening it.They are doing remodeling downstairs , which starts at 8:00 in the morning it was bit noisy however we were up and getting ready to Rome the city so it was okay as we were up early. However if you are wanting to sleep in it’s not gonna happen i’m pretty sure construction will be done, so asking owner if it’s done. We wouldn’t get back until 10:00 at night which was nice and quiet no noise whatsoever, private residence kept to them self. Our family slept great! Ac and heat run great which helped on chilling nights and humid mornings. Hot showers, I would recommend opening restroom window to let all steam out as it will get very humid in restroom. If you do have big express van your vehicle will not fit in the private parking, clearance was too low our van was too high, which was inconvenience there was no parking near by and we did get ticket for parking against wall in the back where are designated parking was at.There are some pretty Red Robin’s and humming birds when you look out the window which was really beautiful to see during our stay. However we would stay here again. Thank you to hotel owner for open communication
