"This hotel in my opinion, occupies one of the best positions along the La Concha promenade and importantly has a terrace which many other properties do not. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The in-room amenities were well thought out. We stayed in a delux room with a sea view. There is a pillow menu available and my feather pillow was delivered within minutes of asking for it. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and everything refreshed regularly so it was all fresh. ...

"Location was sensational for a brief stay - right in the heart of Old Town, so extremely busy and bustling, and convenient to everywhere. The windows were extremely effective at keeping the significant street noise out, so the room was very comfortable and peaceful. The desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. In our original room, the bed was facing the balcony window, which faced a series of balconies across the very narrow street. As the rooms don't have sheer curtains and the shutter...

"This hotel is located in a suburb area of San Sebastián but the fact two major bus lines run through the hotel you can take one bus directly to old town or the bus/train station without switching buses . The staff at the lobby cafe is amazing . Eukene made me the most delicious cafe con leche . The hotel breakfast was delicious too . Will be back here next time in San Sebastián . Thank you"

"Everyone was very welcoming and couldn't help you enough, giving tips for trips, booking bus tours etc. Very pleasant and friendly staff. The room was beautiful, clean and every amenity you needed. The only criticism is that there was no door into the bathroom, there is one to the toilet and shower. This is a personal preference to properly separate the two areas, it would not stop me from coming here again"

"Everything about Villa Soro was exceptional. From the spacious room with a private garden, to the beautiful lounge areas and garden, the wonderful breakfasts and lovely staff. It was a haven to retreat to in the heat of the afternoon. We also enjoyed using the hotel bikes for transporting us all around San Sebastián. A truly wonderful stay."
