"At first, when we arrived late at 2.00 AM. The first room we've got has no heater. There's no LED light or sign of working, so the room was freaking cold. We went back to the reception again to change the room. And then everything seemed OK with the warming heater. The room is quite old and a lot if dirts, not well cleaned. So this must be improved. The breakfast is great, variety of choices with good qualities. I'm a Radisson's gold member, that has gold benefits, such as complementary...
