"The property is pretty new.
No onsite gym.
Has a good sized lounge on the first floor right next to the dining area.
Daily complementary breakfast: a mixture of non-authentic western style and authentic Chinese style:) Quality is good!
Onsite self-service washer and dryer.
Unfortunately, I stayed in two rooms; in both of their bathrooms, there was a strong sewage smell.

My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. We were stuck in the lift for roughly around 40 minutes. During the period of stuck inside the lift, we both felt unwell and we fearful of our lives, experiencing incomparable pain.

"This is an excellent hotel. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit that was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washer and dryer brought great convenience to our family. The location is ideal—very convenient for shopping, taking the subway, or getting a taxi. It’s about a 20-minute walk to downtown, and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. "Great modern hotel, clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Subway is easily accessed from basement, and is 5 stops to the railway station. Hotel allows smoking - my room smelt of smoke and had an ashtray : they told me it was a non smoking room which is what I booked. They did move me on the second day of my stay, and the second room didn’t smell. "
