"We generally stay at Marriott, but tried out the Hyatt this time. After this stay, I think we might switch to staying at Hyatt for our future vacations. The staff, amenities and cleanliness were so much better than Marriott. Scarlett at the front desk was amazing and really helped make our stay great. This specific location was amazing with so much to do around the hotel "

"Fun location to stay at, very unique. A lot of history to explore. VERY convenient if you are getting on a cruise ship from here. It's literally a walk across the parking lot. The only reason for complaint was our experience in the restaurant for breakfast. The waiter kept bringing us the bill to charge to our room and we kept saying we wanted to charge it to our card. The third time he came back it was because we flagged him down and then he couldn't find our card, had to search through is apron pocket. It took us almost 1/2 an hour to pay our bill. We ALWAYS tip, but for the first time in our lives we didn't. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here. "

"A few more options for breakfast (i.e. 2 meats). Breakfast foods are cheap in cost. The booths were not comfortable. Sitting need to be redone in food area. "
