"We stayed for 15 nights from Australia. I messaged and asked for a fridge and coffee machine in our room. The hotel messaged back to ask housekeeping when we arrived. When we checked in, I asked again and again was told to ring housekeeping. When we got up to our room, the fridge and coffee machine were in there so obviously they made note of my request via message. I phoned housekeeping to get a kettle and it was delivered within 30 mins. We got our room serviced every second day. On the alternate days housekeeping still asked what we needed and we got water's etc. The location is fabulous. We temporarily had the enter via 45th and not 44th and that was better as a starbucks right next door and a 24hr grocery store was right there. Excellent Time Square location. Staff were helpful. Rooms were older, yes, but were clean and spacious. Aircon was great. Free checkout until midday. We paid $100 for latecheckout 2pm. We had a great stay."
