"The first impression as checking in was not good ! I asked to get my a room upstairs and away from the pool noise., I was told there was nothing available, Upon asking the cleaning staff I discovered there were plenty rooms available. Upon heading to our room, we walked on hallways were the floors are peeling its coating everywhere. Our room was dark and the smell of humidity and stagnant air was so strong that we have to keep the front door open for a long time in order to at leat get used to...

"The only downside to my stay was that the pool is not open to everyone; when traveling as a family with children, this really falls short of what one would expect from a resort of this caliber. Furthermore, entertainment options for minors within the resort are virtually non-existent—unlike at comparable resorts in Las Vegas, for instance. It is definitely necessary for them to make this clear before reservations are made, so that guests could consider other available options in the area."
