Great service

This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful outlook onto the sea and Bali in the distance. The staff was extremely good in all ways, very attentive (eg providing iced water by the pool without being asked) and the food was excellent. We were there to relax, and that is exactly what we did.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, lovely pool. What made it so special was the staff who went above and beyond, every was personalised for you!

Lovely hotel and staff

Situated just outside Kuta within easy reach of all surrounding beaches. The villas are scrupulously clean and chic and the private pool is so refreshing. The larger shared pool is huge and very quiet! The staff though really make this resort 4 star...they are so courteous, helpful and friendly, we can't praise them enough. The food too is really good standard at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this villa stay and we will definitely return.

A haze-free trip!! Lombok was totally unaffected by the recent haze that has been affecting the whole region. For a start, Sudamala has provided an excellent service for our honeymoon trip! Special thanks to Sudamala staffs, Zul and Taufik for both fetching and driving us from and to Lombok International Airport. They're pleasant, energetic and very well-versed with the island's history and background. Willing to speak and very patient with all our conversation and queries. :) Scooter c/w...

One of the hest hotels ive ever stayed in. With a private outdoor pool and a fantasic service, this hotel is a dream resort!! From the room, cleanliness, facilities, restaurants etc. Every aspect was like out of a movie - stunning. Watching the sunset everyday on the beach, its been 10/10!! And a huge thanks to Dwi from the restaurant staff for making our holiday extra special.

Really well run, delightful hotel. All the staff were fabulously friendly and efficient - from the front desk to the waiting staff to the gardeners and cleaners. A joy to be around - can't praise them highly enough. Spacious rooms extremely well designed and decorated and bed super-comfortable. Good strong shower in sheltered outdoor area off the bathroom. The views are beautiful and the grounds beautifully maintained- the whole place looks very pretty, especially at night. Food delicious and...

Fantastic Hotel with 37 rooms spread throughout extensive, well kept gardens. Hotel is full of character buildings, curios and statues, harking back to an ancient Indonesia. Food was great. Staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone knew our names and our preferences - a truly lovely personal service. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the grounds and the beach. Loved the close proximity to nature - butterflies, birds...

Great resort, quiet, clean and romantic. Good food and adaptable to dietary needs etc. Scenic beach with big waves although for swimming or souvenirs it is best to go to the other nearby beach using the excellent free shuttle service. Bed is comfy, with good in room facilities including fridge, hairdryer and nice toiletries. Lots of lounging options around gardens and pool. Stunning scenery.

Beautiful, new hotel centrally located in Kuta. The staff was absolutely incredible and made us feel so comfortable and at home during our stay. I 100% recommend this place to anyone travel to Lombok.

We loved our stay at Harmony Villas - they staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is very central and surrounded by fantastic eating and drinking establishments. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and the breakfast overlooking the pool makes for a very special experience. Thank you Harmony Villas!

From the moment we were collected from the airport we knew we were in safe hands. Cold towel and water upon arrival and even wifi for the car journey to the hotel made the long journey bearable! The rest of the 4 days were amazing, from trekking to waterfalls, to swimming with turtles and even feeding the Angel fish over on the Gili Islands were experiences we'll treasure forever. The team at Lombok are incredible, nothing is ever too much trouble, they are all super friendly and there if you...

Everything we needed

Very clean Polite staff Excellent food

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had the most enjoyable and relaxing time. The staff (in particular Ayu) were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Pool is great, beach is ok (continuously cleaned). Breakfast was generous and varied. The lunch and dinner menus offered a wide choice and good value for money; the Saturday night BBQ is well worth it. Only a 10 minute / 20 IDR drive in taxi to Senggigi and an hours drive to Bangsal for the Gilis, or the Airport. All in all a...

We had a wonderful stay at Rinjani Lodge during our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, with fantastic views of the mountain and jungle valley. Its location is great to visit the Senaru waterfalls and also to walk to local bars and restaurants along the road. Our room was really large, clean and comfy and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you! :)

Fantastic hotel with an amazing pool, beautiful gardens and koi karp in surrounding water. Peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend it.

What an incredible place. It’s not just a hotel, it’s a feeling. You feel it as soon as you arrive, the welcome is so warm each time you return. The taxi service they offer is amazing too, nothing is too much!
