"Before I arrived, I had already checked in and paid a deposit. However, when I arrived, they had some trouble fetching my information. Hence, I would not recommend others to do the pre-checkin. Some people were waiting for the laundry machines, but the hotel provides dry cleaning as well. The staff were pretty helpful."

"I was overall happy with this hotel. They are undergoing construction right now and we were the room at the end of the block, meaning we were woken up by building sounds and drilling around 7am each morning. Without this, the hotel would have been really great.
I wished the breakfast restaurant had an a la cart option, vs the flat $25 buffet, because I don't eat that much for breakfast, especially before a trade show. "
