We didn't use the Spa or have any meals there so we can't comment on that. But the welcome at check-in was great and the room was excellent. We did have a drink in the bar where the service was excellent and very friendly. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Grotty place. Wallpaper peeling, carpet loose, the corridors are filthy, barristers are sticky to touch. Big stain on the floor around the toilet. Only one small towel in a room for two.
