Great hotel

We stayed here during a road trip as a stop before heading up north to Pisa. The hotel is absolutely lovely, it is clean throughout and even with a language barrier the owners were great hosts ! The rooms are clean and kitted out with aircon and shutters. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony and the room was comfortable too! We had a delicious authentic evening meal in their restaurant and a breakfast for kings and queens ! We would stay here again without question

This is a nice little place that is owned by a husband and wife. They were very helpful. When my refrigerator in the room didn't work I was quickly given a replacement. Really nice people, would definitely come back.

Non male ma costoso per quello che offre

Titolari gentili ma non accoglienti, nota positiva per il cameriere, gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni informazione richiesta. Camere per niente insoronizzate, porte da abitazione privata quindi dalla stanza si sentiva ogni rumore dal corridoio, da nostro bagno sentivo i rumori dell'altro bagno. Location comoda per raggiungere il mare in 15 minuti a piedi, unico punto pericoloso è l'attraversamento della strada statale ma fattibile. Nel complesso non siamo stati male, buona colazione servita al tavolo, cornetti assortiti e salato a la carte. Rapporto qualità/prezzo deludente, per 140€/notte mi aspetto un servizio diverso ed almeno l'ascensore.

Dieses Hotel mag ich wirklich sehr: Alle waren sehr herzlich. Es hat hier noch den alten Charme , als Italien noch als exotisch galt. Auf der Terasse kann frau gut im Schatten alter Bäume Frühstücken.Hier kann frau gut sein. die Bahnlinie zwischen Livorno und Grossetto ist nur 5min vom Hotel entfernt. das Meer ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Der Strand hat dicke Steine und es gibt keine Banio Mafia.

My stay at the property was reasonably pleasant. I especially liked the breakfast pastries, the free-of charge easy parking and the unbeatable location close to local beautiful swimming rocky beaches. I would like to caution travellers that respond to Expedia's request for check-in rating. I ticked OK (neutral emoticon) and they immediately rang up the hotel saying that I was not happy and complained, which was NOT the case.

Un bon restaurant d’étape : propre, agréable, en bordure de route donc facile d’accès L’ accueil y est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner très fourni . Reasonable for short stay.

A reasonable hotel, needs some work doing. On a busy main road, not easy to walk to beach. Restaurant was quite good for evening meal, but a little on the expensive side. Restaurant Staff were pleasant and helpful. We were only there one night, so adequate for our needs.
