"Took an hour to park vehicle due to an event being hosted on site. When finally approaching parking deck entrance an attendant lectured me on not pulling up close enough. No hello, sorry about parking , or any pleasantry. Just a lecture. The room was not clean at all. Back of the bathroom door very dirty. Neighboring room played loud music all night long. Went to lobby to purchase some drinks and snacks and the lady at the desk was very unprofessional. Was on phone during whole transaction. Never greeted me and seemed like I was bothering her. After check out realized we were charged $15.00 for two bottles of water that were in our room. "
