"This was the worst experience my family and I have ever had staying at a hotel. The staff and manager at this establishment are aweful! I wish I would have read into more reviews before staying here. On night one of check in, the staff were very unpleasant, they looked like they didnt want to be there. They had signs up saying that the pool and hot tub were shut down. I was not notified via text or anything that they were shutting the pool down. When I asked why the pool was shut down they said the health department came in and said their P.H. levels were too high. Immediately called them out on that. They charged my card several times with a $200 incidental Hold, becaise they had a glitch in their system. After getting up to our room, there were beard hairs/public hair on the toilet and sink in the bathroom. The door to our room was fully broken and wouldnt shut. You could go in and out with out a key. After expressing all of this to staff, and asked to speak with a manager they told me they didnt have her number. I eventually got a call from the manager named Paulina, who was extremely disrespectful and rude. I will never be staying at a choice hotels Hotel ever again! There were 6 other families during our Stay that had very unpleasant interactions with staff, and this hotel being a 1 star hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
