"Well, staff was nice but the property has gone down hell sunce changing owners. Stains in the carpets, the pass through soor was not securing, door looks not really secured, low water pressure, no sampoo, the desk chair was broken. Pillows were not good, no support, the AC would catch the blinds and block the air. I have stayed here many times under the old name, it is sad to see what has happened. The staff was fantastic, but they can only do so much. I do not recommend this unless you just need a bed. "

"The property is nice and the staff is very nice. However, the fan in the bathroom runs nonstop and you can’t shut it off. Even with the bathroom door closed you can still hear it. Plus the fan on the air conditioner is very loud when it comes on so it is very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Finally, there was a mechanical sound we heard though out the night not sure if it was the motor for the elevator or something else? Consequently, we both got very little sleep. "
