"This wasn’t a good experience for us. There was we no hot water in our room which was very challenging as we were in the area for business and needed. The hotel promised to credit back half for the first night and promised to come and fix the issue. They did neither. We left the second day and didn’t stay. Not a good choice and very disappointing.
