"There is no elevator. The rooms are dated but functional. We had issues with hot water availability on our last full day. The GM had us move to an upgraded and very large suite and made sure all was good. Our last night was comped and our first two nights were discounted by 50%. We certainly felt valued! The GM maintenance and front desk staff made sure that we were happy. We'd return to this hotel (on the ground floor lol)!"
