"This is a perfect resort for our two and four-year-old! Everything was very clean, food was much better than we were expecting, the pool was clean and the slides were great for the kids! Two employees specifically, Sharon and Jackie were so great with our kids seeking them out and connecting with them each time we saw them. The ocean at the resort is pretty rough but the beach is pretty. Also only 10 minute walk to Mullet Bay which was mostly calmer. "

"Amazing location and exceptionally clean property. We had daily housekeeping, which was very helpful. The hotel is dated, but everything worked well. The staff were consistently friendly, kind, and helpful. The beach is truly one of the best on the island—no seaweed, calm water, and far better conditions than the other three beaches we visited. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, which are included and assigned to your room upon arrival. Aside from the sound of the waves, the property is very quiet. We did go to the restaurants at the next door resort which was a nice option. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again!"

"Pool, Beach , restaurants , shops , coffee / snack bar , what’s there not to love! We used the very nice gym daily although an extra charge of 5/6$ per visit . Bartender at the main pool bar was fabulous ! Rolls weee comfortable , my boys loved the Murphy beds . Market close by , can walk to all the restaurants . Booked a second floor villa and it was perfect ! Loved this resort for our family spring break ! "

"Travelled to GCBC with my mom as my companion for a short vacation, we cannot say enough good things. Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious, it felt very new, we had a garden view. The kitchen was well appointed we had everything that could be needed to stay in and prepare meals, full size fridge/freezer and even an oven! Beaches are perfect for swimmers of all ages, the water was calm even during what turned out to be very windy week on the island. There are lots of families and children but we never felt like it was too noisy or rambunctious, the resort does a great job of having little quiet corners hidden here and there to settle into if you’d prefer some solitude. There is snorkel gear, floats, paddle boards available free of charge and excursions like diving and sunset cruises can be arranged right on site. There is a large ice machine and filtered water available throughout the resort, the restaurant had very good food, we ate there twice, but the absolute best thing is the location. We walked into the village of Grand Case every night. It’s very safe, the streets there and back are filled with other families walking in for the excellent restaurants and shopping. We had a car and had no trouble parking, which is included, and there are laundry facilities on site which are also included, convenient if you are staying for a longer period of time. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times and we truly cannot wait to return. "

"The room was clean; however, the air conditioning had a slightly musty smell. Unfortunately, the experience was disrupted when housekeeping knocked on our door before 10:00 a.m. and informed us that checkout time was 10:00 a.m. This was incorrect, as I had confirmed that checkout was at 11:00 a.m. I raised this with the front desk, as guests should not be disturbed before the official checkout time. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this accommodation to my medical team, friend or others."

"The hotel itself is in great condition and looks well maintained, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the service is on the level of a hostel rather than a proper hotel. The staff give the impression that they’re doing you a favor instead of simply doing their job, which makes interactions frustrating. Room service is practically nonexistent. Our room was cleaned, but no fresh shampoo or shower gel was provided. After calling four times with no result, I had to go and pick it up myself. I also asked to speak with a manager and am still waiting for a callback — which honestly says everything about how things are handled here. Overall, the service is brutally bad and completely undermines what could have been a good stay."
