"Clean room, staff helpful, fun, courteous, kind, and obedient!! Complaints Rm 153 1. Hooped shower rod mounting to wall failed, Rod dropped down in center, curtain slipped to center when showering. A previous repair had been made but in adequately. 2 the diverter valve to make the water go from the handheld to the mounted showerhead was inoperable could not turn lover, thus could not use the handheld shower. "

"This was by far the friendliest hotel staff on our trip (we stayed in two other hotels from two other hotel chains). We checked in around 11pm, after driving over 9 hours. The attendant behind the desk had us already checked-in, key card ready, and offered us water bottles for our entire group. Every staff person we passed greeted us and were helpful. The spaces were clean, the room nice, and the breakfast tasty. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, this is it."

"I would rate our stay 4.5 stars if it was an option. The room was clean, the staff and room cleaners were on top of things. Gym was pretty nice. Didn't eat anything there but the menu looked pretty good. Only downside at all is something they had no control over and that was a couple off balance homeless people made my wife and daughter uncomfortable in the parking lot. Staff was quick to call the authorities when they caused issues and truly put forth the effort to keep them away, but it's a tall order to deal with people that have mental issues. Overall a nice stay and in close proximity to places to eat. Would definitely recommend."

"We are used to having breakfast included with a place to socialize with others. However we are also now aware that this location caters to long stays. Great location for access to restaurants within walking and to beautiful Yaman Park with swimming area."
