Our host was very responsive and helpful. The unfortunate event was that for 3/4 of our stay, the internet wasn't working. It was fixed at 1:00 pm of our second/last day. The location is great for the price and the apartment has all the tools you need. There is nothing by way of salt, pepper, oil, coffee, or other basic things you need for cooking. You'll have to buy everything.

In the heart of a vibrant community

The location was perfect for us. It was in the heart of a vibrant community with msny small bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from...all authentic and local. It was right on one of the more romantic tram routes and there are some very authentic and photogenic trams trundling through. We made use of the small balcony, even though it overlooked another appartament block. But hey! Lisbon has been exactly like this for centuries. To me, this was alk part of it's charm and appeal. The appartament was on the small side, but technicality it could sleep 4, if you used the sofa bed. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower in the bathtub was extremely powerful. There was plentry of storage and very good wifi..(we found the code on the underside of the route). All in all, the experience of living like a local Lisbon citizen albeit for a couple of days was a wonderful experience. Photos taken very close by.

Solo estuve dos noches , desde que llegué me comuniqué al teléfono de servicio al cliente y nunca me respondieron , nunca funcionó el aire acondicionado, lavamanos medio tupido ,descarga del baño con dificultades ,la internet tampoco ( dejan información de usuario y un password en un dispositivo ( router) que está casi en el piso, difícil acceso , el televisor sin conexión Lo peor nunca regresaron ninguna de mis llamadas aunque dejé voice mail requiriendo ayuda Tengo fotos y videos Es una pena un buen departamento que tenga además de varios problemas fáciles de resolver …. No tengan un servicio al cliente real .

La struttura non è localizzata correttamente su Maps, per cui il nostro Uber ci ha lasciato piuttosto lontano e abbiamo dovuto raggiungerla a piedi con i bagagli. All'arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci, se non la sicurezza del condominio che non si è preoccupata neppure di aprirci il portone, se non dopo vari solleciti. Ho comunicato il nostro arrivo per le 14:30 almeno 24 h prima, ma alle 16:00 l'appartamento non era ancora pronto, un vero disagio considerando che eravamo reduci da un viaggio di 8 giorni e venivamo dal sud del Portogallo con un bambino di 6 anni. L'appartamento sarebbe bello, dotato di ogni comfort (persino una lavasciuga) e in posizione centralissima, servita dal tram 28, la cui fermata si trova proprio sotto casa. Purtroppo lo abbiamo trovato in condizioni pessime, l'impressione è che non venga pulito approfonditamente da tanto. Nel nostro caso erano stati lasciati persino degli avanzi di dolci in cucina e una saponetta usata in bagno. Ma la cosa più grave è che non viene effettuata alcuna registrazione degli ospiti e l'host pretende il pagamento cash presso la struttura, nonostante su Expedia sia indicato che accetta carte di credito. La persona che si è interfacciata con noi e a cui abbiamo fatto presente il nostro disappunto è stata estremamente arrogante e incalzante.

Spacious, gorgeous, pleasantly surprised!

I loved this spacious, gorgeous home. We were right on Tram 28 and had access to everything. It’s a bit noisy but that’s the trade for being in the heart of the city. The apartment was excellent. Fold out sofa bed for kids worked for a short stay. Highly recommend.

Nous ne sommes rendu à la rue rosa comme indiquer sur le mail pour la remise des clefs, arrivant sur place nous sommes tomber sur une personne qui nous a dit non faut aller directement sur place donc nous avons fait 1km à pied avec nos valises. Nous devions avoir la chambre à 14h nous l’avions eu 2h après donc horaire non respecté. Appartement pas propre, les photos et le vrai rien avoir. Après notre séjour nous recevons un mail pour une glace dans un salon cassé et nous devons payer la réparation hors aucun état des lieux n’a été fait et nous sommes accusés de choses qui n’on pas été faite par notre part ils veulent juste pomper notre argent et le personnel pas du tout accueillant GROSSE ARNAQUE. Location à éviter
