"Friendly staff and excellent service throughout our stay. Javier, the hotel attendant, was especially helpful—he patiently took the time to walk us through some of the best restaurant options in the area. Everyone we encountered was genuinely warm and welcoming.
The amenities were excellent, and the thoughtful placement of the furniture and lighting created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for me and my friends. Everything felt well-designed and seamless, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights was Fado night. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was lively, and the musicians were fantastic. The restaurant manager, Antonio, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making the evening truly memorable.
The hotel is also right in the heart of the city center, which made it very convenient when we had tours scheduled and needed to meet with several tour guides.
Overall, this is definitely a place that makes you want to come back. ⭐"
