It was great for our family of 5 - kids age 6, 4 and 1. We needed a place to stay for 1 night before our early morning flight and the room layout allowed there to be connected but separate sleeping spaces which was very helpful with our young kids. Highly recommend.

What an interesting concept for lodging. Access to this accommodation was completely automated. We did have some difficulty with the codes to enter, but we messaged them and the issue was quickly resolved. The accommodation was clean, bright, and spacious, with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms (no doors), a living space and outdoor space. Within walking distance to Lisbon Oriente train station, and water front. Great restaurants close by and a 15 min Uber ride to the airport. Highly recommend.

Overall, it is a good property. The Onsite staff was very helpful and nice. There was a minor issue with the early checkin request which they handled quite well. Very pleased with that. I really did like all the amenities. The only issue was that we got a basement suite, which had water damage on the walls and some mold in the closed storage area under the stairs. I would definitely go back to this place, but I would request them not to put me in the basement unit. During this trip we only went there to freshen up and sleep at night, did not use the room much. Next trip when I know I will use the room more, I will certainly ask for a top floor room. Overall, they had everything one would need! Shampoo, hair dryer, iron, bottled water, coffee, tea, creamer, a cook top, pots and pans and utensils, oil, everything you needed if you were to cook!! They even had a washer in the room as well. Will go back there for sure

If you decide to stay more than 2 nights, please remember to bring your toilet rolls and do not wash clothes. The washing machine is so noisy. Reporting to the customer service and they responded fast but NEVER action.

Great clean apartment close to the airport, perfect for what we needed. It would have been nice to have a couple of coffee pods in there for the espresso machine, otherwise it was perfect.
